When we started the build it was decided that I would have some room in the loft as a movie/ hobby room. With this in mind we needed a good floor and decided to spend more on the better system which would give us better sound proofing’s and more insulation. I was familiar with suspended floors in the UK but this is a much better system.
When we came to make the decision on fuel types and heating we found very mixed idea. But the predominate choice seems to be under floor which we like the sound of. So then what fuel, as gaz prices in Poland look like they may go up we decided to hedge our bets and allow for solid fuel (pellets) and Gas so a double flue was used in the boiler area and the front room. The logic being that we are planning on moving in in 2017 so no major rush.
